Russian Agrarian Unveils Virtual Farm for Organic Agriculture
The project is designed to streamline production workflows and build stronger consumer trust, showcasing how advanced digital tools can elevate organic farming practices in Russia.

At the Smart Agro 2025 forum, Russian farmer Vyacheslav Vasilyuk from the Tambov region introduced AUM Trust — a virtual farm that serves as a full digital twin of his real-world agricultural complex. The system enables real‑time monitoring of the entire operation, supports photo and video documentation, and generates a “trust map” for each product batch. Developers integrated sensor outputs, weather‑station data, climate analytics, and records of field operations into a unified digital environment.
A Transparent Ecosystem
The platform’s digital transparency is particularly valuable for small farms seeking to validate the organic status of their output. By consolidating objective data on yields, field conditions, climate, and other key indicators, the system helps optimize production while strengthening certification credibility. According to Vasilyuk, such tools are especially vital in organic farming, where consumer trust is the cornerstone of the market.
