Military and Scientists to Train Specialists for the Arctic
North-Eastern Federal University and the Far Eastern Higher Combined Arms Command School have signed an agreement on joint training of specialists for work in northern latitudes.
The cooperation will cover several areas, including artificial intelligence, unmanned systems, communications, tactical medicine and the operation of equipment at low temperatures. The parties also plan to exchange faculty members and students and conduct joint research.
The partners have divided their roles as follows: North-Eastern Federal University will share its expertise in Arctic research and training specialists to work in northern conditions, while the Far Eastern Higher Combined Arms Command School will help strengthen practical training for university students.
