Moscow Region's Dobrobot Provides Nearly 45,000 Government Service Consultations in 10 Months
Since its launch in August 2025, the Dobrobot (Good Robot) virtual assistant on the Moscow Region's Gosuslugi (State Services) portal has handled more than 44,700 consultations, helping residents navigate 55 government services.
The chatbot supports six service areas: social services; land and property; architecture and urban planning; education; housing; transport and road infrastructure; and services provided by the Moscow Region's Multifunctional Centers (MFTs). Rather than offering generic suggestions, the assistant asks follow-up questions about each user's situation before recommending the appropriate next steps.
Residents can access Dobrobot from the homepage of the regional Gosuslugi (State Services) portal, in the "Housing" and "Land" sections, through the Dobrodel mobile app, and via a pop-up window on the service pages of the Moscow Region Ministry of Property Relations.
