Russian Health Ministry and Sber to Launch Digital Service "Lose Weight Healthily"
The program will issue recommendations based solely on evidence-based medicine data.

The Russian Health Ministry and Sber are preparing to launch a new digital service called Lose Weight Healthily. It is expected to go live in the very near future, Health Minister Mikhail Murashko said at the national congress Healthy Nutrition — A Path to the Nation's Health.
The service is a joint development by Sechenov University, Oksana Drapkina's National Medical Research Center for Therapy and Preventive Medicine, and Sber. It will provide users with weight-loss recommendations based exclusively on evidence-based medicine data. As a result, only validated and safe information sources will be used in the program.
"The development of digital solutions is actively on the agenda today, and many people have started using digital assistants, but digital technologies cannot be transferred from one product to another. For medical use, validated sources are critically important," Murashko emphasized.
