Alexey Ruchay, a researcher at Chelyabinsk State University, presented a new approach to applying agentic artificial intelligence in agriculture at the SCO Forum in Minsk. The concept centers on an intelligent platform for managing livestock operations. Rather than replacing human workers, the system is designed to help them solve operational problems, with final decisions remaining under human control.

Under the proposed architecture, the platform combines data from sensors, cameras, RFID tags, feeding records, animal health information, and environmental monitoring systems to create a digital twin of a farm. The AI acts not merely as a data aggregation tool but as an advisory system that generates recommendations. The platform can also be configured to support different types of livestock operations.

Another area of development is the use of patent databases to identify engineering solutions. For example, the system could recommend methods for protecting cameras from contamination or suggest technologies for their automatic cleaning.
