Russian Messaging Platform MAX Expands Tools for Businesses
Sber has launched a support chatbot on MAX as the platform rolls out new features for entrepreneurs and service integration.

The Russian messaging platform MAX has introduced a new “For Business” section, its developer said. The new entry point streamlines integration, allowing entrepreneurs to set up services more quickly and efficiently. Users can access the MAX dlya biznesa (MAX for Business) section to create chatbots, channels and mini-apps, integrate CRM systems and implement Tsifrovoy ID (Digital ID) for age or benefits verification. Since the launch of its business console in October 2025, 220,000 companies and organizations have gained access.
A Strategic Platform
Digital companies are increasingly launching their own services within MAX. Sber has introduced a support chatbot for entrepreneurs, allowing anyone to receive consultation, even if they are not a bank client.
According to Sergey Lekhanov, director of the Corporate Solutions Center division at Sberbank, MAX has become an additional channel for real-time communication with the bank. Users can quickly access comprehensive information across the bank’s product range.
