Tatarstan Launches AI Assistant for Businesses in Messaging Apps

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with the regional Prosecutor’s Office, has launched the Pomoshchnik Predprinimatelya (Entrepreneur’s Assistant) service on the Proverenny Biznes (Verified Business) platform. The bot acts as a virtual consultant, answering questions about tax reforms, explaining regulatory requirements, and helping companies prepare in advance for visits from tax inspectors. According to the developers, more than 70 percent of inquiries relate to changes in tax legislation. As the rules continue to evolve, officials expect demand for virtual consultations to grow.

Through the chatbot, users can access information about scheduled tax audits, receive guidance on document preparation, and complete a self-assessment to reduce risks and avoid common mistakes. Since its launch in 2025, the bot has processed more than 7,000 requests, with positive feedback exceeding 95 percent.

The digital assistant aligns with the republic’s broader policy of reducing administrative pressure on entrepreneurs. The service is free and operates around the clock, which is particularly useful for small businesses where many decisions are made outside standard office hours.
