Russian Business Process Platform Adds AI Capabilities
Kamunda.RF integrates AI-driven analysis to identify bottlenecks, accelerate workflows and reduce operational costs.

The Russian business process management platform Kamunda.RF has been upgraded with AI-powered analytics, allowing it to automatically identify bottlenecks and suggest solutions, Rostelecom said in a statement.
Using a large language model, the system evaluates process descriptions, execution logs and performance against target metrics, then generates recommendations in natural language. The AI relies on a company’s internal knowledge base rather than public data, reducing the risk of errors.
The platform can integrate with widely used business management software. By testing changes in controlled environments and on historical data before deployment, companies can cut implementation costs by 75% and speed up the rollout of updates by 3.5 times.
AI Under Control
According to Alexey Shershnev, IT director at Fazum, companies are often interested in AI but remain concerned about losing control over their processes.
Experts expect Russia’s business process management market to grow by 25% by 2027, reaching 50 billion rubles (approximately $540 million).
