A total of 6,525 people from 48 educational institutions across the republic have already used the service. The survey is conducted in cooperation with career centers at educational institutions and takes 5–7 minutes, identifying a career path based on a person’s education and preferences.

For schoolchildren, the service helps them understand their interests and learn about professions in demand in the republic. Students and graduates can use it to prepare resumes, get ready for job interviews, and find internships or their first jobs.

“We see that many graduates feel lost when starting their careers: they don’t know what direction to take, how to present themselves or where to look for a job. Our chatbot is a first step. It helps identify what kind of support a job seeker will need. Our career counselors then step in to provide further guidance,” said Maxim Fefilov, director of the Udmurtia Employment Center.

The chatbot is being developed as part of the employment center’s career guidance system for young people, Work in Russia, and the national project Personnel.
