In Yamal, MAX Chatbot to Help Indigenous Peoples Find Out About Benefits
In Yamal, a chatbot is being developed in the MAX messenger for representatives of the Indigenous Small-Numbered Peoples of the North. It will help them quickly find out what support measures they are eligible for.

The initiative was backed by Yamal Governor Dmitry Artyukhov. The project is being developed by the regional Department for Indigenous Peoples of the North and the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug Situation Center. Thirty-two information cards have already been prepared, with another 20 in development. The data cover support measures available at both the regional and municipal levels.
The bot will become part of the region’s digital ecosystem, which already includes a regional navigation tool, an assistant for participants in the special military operation, air and river transport services, and the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug Social Navigator.
