New TData Products to Launch on Turbo Oblako
TData is moving its entire product stack into the cloud, aiming to give businesses and public-sector users faster access to scalable data services without infrastructure bottlenecks.

TData, a developer of platform-based solutions, is set to launch new products on the public digital platform Turbo Oblako. The company has completed a full migration of its IT infrastructure to the cloud, where it plans to host data-focused products and services designed for business users and government organizations.
TData completed the migration to the Turbo Oblako cloud provider without interruptions or downtime. Both companies are part of Rostelecom’s commercial IT cluster, strengthening a unified environment within the telecom group – spanning cloud infrastructure, data storage and processing tools, and, in the future, higher-level services including AI.
Expanded User Capabilities
How does it work? Turbo Oblako provides infrastructure for deploying TData’s development environments, mail server, databases, CRM system, internal corporate portal, and communication services, along with isolated test environments for TData clients. All of these capabilities are accessed through a user dashboard that manages resource usage and scaling. Collaboration is streamlined by the fact that both companies use a Lakehouse-based service that integrates their technologies. TData contributes its data storage and processing stack, while containerization is built on Turbo Oblako’s Kubernetes service.

Higher Quality, Lower Costs
The partners plan to expand their collaboration further, with a focus on developing AI-driven services. This will be built on TData’s expertise in data processing and the scalable cloud infrastructure hosted at RTK-TSOD, Russia’s largest data center operator.
According to experts, the partnership improves service quality and optimizes costs for data services delivered through Turbo Oblako using TData’s data management platform. Customers now have access to services based on RT.Warehouse, RT.Datalake, RT.Widestore, and RT.Streaming. A prototype based on modern Lakehouse architecture is expected to be available for testing soon. All TData platform components are included in Russia’s official software registry, increasing their appeal for public-sector organizations that require import independence, localization, and infrastructure control.

Foundation for Future Growth
Turbo Oblako representatives noted that while the TData project involved complex networking requirements and strict downtime constraints, engineers were able to deliver a reliable solution. The resulting architecture is expected to serve as a foundation for TData’s future growth.
This is not just a technical migration. The launch of new products on Turbo Oblako illustrates how Russian developers are assembling a full technology stack for working with data – from cloud infrastructure to analytics and AI services.
The impact extends beyond IT professionals. Businesses and public institutions that rely on digital services in their daily operations will benefit from improved stability. Over time, projects like this are expected to strengthen Russia’s platform capabilities in data management and cloud computing.

The emergence of such projects points to a broader shift in the IT sector – from isolated import substitution efforts to the development of fully integrated domestic platform ecosystems.
