AI-Powered Neurotech Could Reshape How Russians Learn and Adapt

Russian educators are integrating AI assistants into personalized learning, with the goal of accelerating brain training and skill acquisition across disciplines.
Education in Russia is undergoing a rapid transformation as homegrown IT solutions become embedded in learning systems. This shift was a central topic at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, where experts discussed the deployment of AI-powered assistants for personalized knowledge acquisition and cognitive development.
According to Yevgeny Kuznetsov, CEO of Digital Evolution Ventures, neurotechnologies are set to radically reshape how people learn and adapt. Russia’s education system is entering a new era in which brain plasticity can be consciously enhanced with artificial intelligence.
The technology’s applications range from learning foreign languages and mastering vocational skills to tailored cognitive training programs. Neural networks are also being developed to assess users' health and psychological traits, allowing them to offer personalized recommendations for study and rest schedules.
These tools, Kuznetsov said, won’t just speed up learning—they’ll fundamentally change how the brain responds to change. The goal is to enable faster, more flexible adaptation to life’s challenges through tech-enhanced education.
