Karachayevo-Cherkesiya to Launch Chatbots for Enrolling in After-School and Sports Programs
Karachayevo-Cherkesiya is expanding its digital public services with a new set of chatbots in the MAX messenger platform. Residents will be able to enroll children in extracurricular programs and sports clubs, while also receiving feedback from teachers and coaches.
Valeriy Medovyy, the republic’s minister of digital development, announced the plans during a press conference at the TASS Kavkaz regional information center. According to Medovyy, the initiative was proposed by the regional leadership, and a working group headed by the republic’s chief administrator has already been formed to coordinate the rollout.
The minister added that the region’s most popular digital services so far are an MFTs (Multifunctional Public Services Center) chatbot and a medical appointment bot. The new services are expected to expand that ecosystem and cover two additional areas widely used by residents.
