Lytkarino Expands Digital Access to Family Support Benefits
Families can now apply for social benefits through the Moscow Region Social Services chatbot, available around the clock.

The chatbot operates 24/7 and helps residents determine which support programs they are eligible for, what documents are required, and where to apply.
Lytkarino is home to 597 large families raising 1,903 children, with 2,807 residents currently receiving social support. Eligible families can also receive a free land plot from the municipality or opt for a compensation payment of 400,000 rubles (about $5,000). Over the past two years, 28 families have received land plots, while 48 chose the cash payment instead.
According to Emanova, the family receives a social card that provides discounted travel across Moscow and the Moscow Region, including suburban rail services operated by Russian Railways (RZD). Her daughters also receive free school meals. The family is reimbursed for 85% of kindergarten fees for their youngest daughter and receives a 50% discount on utility bills. In addition, they receive an annual payment of 3,000 rubles (about $38) per child to help cover the cost of school uniforms and supplies.
