Russian Hospitality Software Enters the UAE Market
Russian-made digital platforms for the hospitality industry are entering the UAE market, where they will be adapted to local requirements and integrated with regional accounting systems

More than 1,300 restaurants and hotels in the United Arab Emirates will begin using software developed by the Russian company Inno. The company presented its products at the GITEX exhibition, where it signed an agreement with the investment group The Ultima World. According to project participants, the partnership could generate approximately $1.2 million per year.
Adapting to Local Expectations
Inno’s platform operates through guest Wi-Fi and allows visitors to book services, browse photo-rich menus, and pay for their orders without staff involvement.
The format is already common in Russia: Inno kiosks and terminals are installed in more than 400 cafés and restaurants across Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Novosibirsk, and cities in the Far East. In the UAE, the technology will be adapted for local requirements, including multilingual support and integration with regional accounting platforms.
Convenience for Guests
Inno representatives emphasize that the platform helps optimize staff workloads. In cafés and restaurants, tasks such as placing orders, selecting dishes, and processing payments shift to the digital system — reducing service time and minimizing errors.
In hotels, the platform allows guests to access services without visiting the reception desk: booking spa treatments, arranging transfers, or submitting service requests.
More Countries on the Horizon
The company also announced plans to expand its international presence in 2026. At GITEX, preliminary agreements were reached to enter the markets of Saudi Arabia, South Korea, and several Latin American countries.
Inno, a Skolkovo resident, specializes in digital solutions for the hospitality industry, including QR menus, self-service kiosks, and hall-load analytics systems.
Experts note that the growing interest in such digital products is driven by rising demand for automation in the service sector. For businesses, the technology accelerates service, while for guests it offers a seamless digital experience.
