Russian Plant Implements AI System for Production and Shipment Planning
The first industrial client of the operational planning system is a Russian factory.

The first industrial client for the AI-based operational planning system Planmatic will be the Russian plant UralTrubProm. The implementation of the new product was announced by EnterChain FabricaONE.AI.
The plant had already been equipped with a functioning MES system, along with traceability tools for raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods, as well as AI modules for quality control and defect recognition. This digital infrastructure became a reliable foundation for introducing operational production and shipment planning tools.
Refinements and Operation
As explained by Anton Shmatalyuk, Executive Director at EnterChain FabricaONE.AI, the goal of the system is to enhance the integration of planning and production management processes, expand the capabilities of planners, and improve the quality of production schedules while maintaining high service standards and achieving enterprise targets.
The team created fully functional prototypes within two weeks to demonstrate realistic planning scenarios, taking into account key production constraints. Plant specialists were able to evaluate the system’s capabilities, its flexibility, and create a list of refinements necessary for industrial deployment.
The system is currently being configured, and the transition to industrial operation is scheduled for April 2026.
