Russian Students Build Web Platform for Business Process Virtualization
The tool is designed to model business processes and IT systems within a single browser-based environment

Students at MIREA – Russian Technological University are developing an application for designing business processes and IT systems, according to the university’s press service. The web platform Niniam Modeler brings together multiple tools, allowing users to create business process diagrams and UML schemes, collaborate in teams, and store previous project versions. The system runs entirely in a browser, without requiring additional software. Developers say the goal is to cover the core needs of system analysts and architects.
The platform includes a version control system that allows users to save individual changes with comments and roll back when needed. This feature is particularly important for projects involving multiple contributors.

According to Nikita Adonyev, a UI/UX designer and developer on the project, the team is currently building the core version of the platform.
