Russian Platform Brings IT Job Search to MAX Messenger
A new service connects graduates, employers, and universities within a single digital ecosystem.

A Perm-based company, VR, has introduced a platform called Voyti | IT that allows graduates to find jobs in IT companies directly within the MAX messaging app. The system connects job seekers, employers, and universities while verifying data through government registries.
The platform operates within the MAX ecosystem and serves all three groups simultaneously. IT companies can recruit talent, specialists at different levels can find jobs, and universities gain a channel to place graduates. All participants are verified: data on companies, candidates, and educational institutions is checked against databases from Rosobrnadzor and Russia’s Ministry of Digital Development, reducing the risk of unreliable information. The service is currently in test mode and was launched at the Morion Digital technopark in Perm.
IT and Engineering
VR develops projects at the intersection of IT and engineering technologies. Its portfolio includes drone control systems and solutions for deploying communication lines in challenging environments. In January 2026, the company became a Skolkovo resident and joined the group of small technology firms.
Founder and CEO Viktor Rakshin said the development of domestic digital services strengthens technological independence.
