Astra Group Helps Select Russia's Best Young IT Specialists
Astra Group served as a technology partner for IT CAMP 2026, a nationwide continuing professional education program organized by Gazprom Neft.
More than 120 students and early-career professionals competed for the title of the country's best young IT specialist, working on laptops with the Russian Astra Linux operating system preinstalled. Over two weeks, teams developed digital solutions for businesses across ten areas, ranging from IT architecture and software development to artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and management.
The projects were evaluated by Gazprom Neft IT executives and leading software developers, including Astra Group experts who served on the jury. Company specialists also worked at a demonstration booth, advising participants, and held an online lecture on the company's product ecosystem ahead of the event.
The creators of the best projects were included in a list of the top 100 most promising IT specialists and joined the talent pools of Gazprom Neft and other program partners.
