Eduard Ashrafyan: “Business Solutions Follow Technological Ones”
According to the expert, artificial intelligence is approaching a productivity plateau.

In 2025, technological development has become one of the most powerful drivers of business and the economy. Technologies have evolved from auxiliary tools into a foundation without which further development is significantly constrained. AI technologies automate routine tasks, optimize business processes, reduce costs, and open up new opportunities for growth.
Eduard Ashrafyan shared his views on trends in artificial intelligence with IT Russia. He is a business architect of AI solutions at Reksoft, director for AI solutions exports at the Neuralab Center for Advanced Technology and Engineering, and an associate professor at the Department of Business Informatics of the Faculty of Information Technology and Big Data Analysis at the Financial University.
According to the analyst, based on the Gartner curve, or technology maturity cycle, artificial intelligence is expected to reach a productivity plateau.
Despite past experience with unsuccessful implementations, there remains a high level of trust in artificial intelligence, and investment in the technology continues.
