Moscow Region Adds 56 New Digital Public Services in a Year
Artificial intelligence has been introduced to process applications across 315 services.
In 2025, the Moscow Region moved another 56 public services online. The update was announced by the press service of the Ministry of Public Administration, Information Technologies, and Communications of the Moscow Region.
Two new sections – Pets and Real Estate – were added to the regional portal. An online consultant for property and real estate issues, called Dobrobot, also began operating.
AI in Application Processing
Artificial intelligence has been introduced across 315 public services in the region. More than 1.3 million citizen applications have been processed using AI tools. The most popular digital service remains online doctor appointments, which were used more than 10 million times over the year.
The region was the first in the country to launch a unified digital space called VseSeti, a digital system for managing housing and utilities services.
In total, 434 services are now available through the Moscow Region’s portal. Sixty of them are provided proactively, in automatic mode, when specific life events occur. The total number of portal users has exceeded 8 million.
