Global IT Cooperation Competence Center to Hold Two Sessions at GDF-2026
They will focus on the resilience of the systems behind digital solutions and their ability to withstand real-world loads.

The II Global Digital Forum, to be held in Moscow from October 8 to 10, will serve as a platform where experts can present their best practices. In particular, the Global IT Cooperation Competence Center will hold two sessions.
One of them, "Digital Transformation at the Forefront of Global Healthcare Development: From Treating Diseases to Preventing Them," will focus on how modern technology can shift the emphasis from treating diseases that have already emerged to preventing them in advance. Experts from Southeast Asia, Russia, and Africa will present working solutions that are already changing healthcare.
The session "Digital Sovereignty in a Multipolar World: Tools for Assessing and Harmonizing Approaches to IT Cooperation" will be structured as a working practicum. Specialists will present an index of digital sovereignty of states. An expert workshop with potential co-sponsors and signatories will follow.
