The MoiOfis (MyOffice) ecosystem has introduced the first Russian-made tool that enables programmatic interaction between spreadsheet editors and 1C:Enterprise 8.3 in a Linux environment. The new product allows enterprises to preserve familiar business processes while migrating to domestic operating systems.

The product was developed by RT-Ofis and takes the form of a specialized library for processing spreadsheets. It is embedded into the 1C:Enterprise environment and enables automated data exchange with spreadsheet editors, including table generation, transfer of calculation results, value updates, and formula handling. As a result, workflows previously implemented in Windows using Excel can now be replicated in Linux without changing the underlying logic of 1C components.

A Bridge to the World of Spreadsheets

“The new solution is essentially a bridge between the world of accounting systems and the world of spreadsheets. With the Spreadsheet Processing Library, we address a key issue that has held back the large-scale transition of enterprises working with 1C to Russian Linux-based operating systems. Thousands of organizations now have an officially recognized tool to migrate their automation to a secure stack of Russian software without losing functionality,” said MyOffice’s commercial director.

The product is aimed at corporate customers and expands the ecosystem of domestic office and accounting software used in business-critical processes.
