AlfaStrakhovanie has integrated NeyroMasha (NeuroMasha) into its AlfaPolis system and corporate messaging platforms, enabling insurance agents to receive real-time AI guidance. The service supports agents across all stages of their work, from initial client consultations to managing active policies.

“NeyroMasha is not a standalone app but part of a broader ecosystem. Because it is embedded directly into the operator’s workspace and messaging tools, information is always at hand. By analyzing client questions and suggested responses, the service helps agents learn and grow, expanding their knowledge and increasing confidence in consultations,” said Maria Filippova, head of agent and broker sales channels at AlfaStrakhovanie.

Multi-Agent Architecture

The assistant is built on a multi-agent AI architecture, where each component handles a specific function while sharing data with others. One provides information about products and services, another helps generate client-facing text, and a third simulates customer conversations.

The system also includes a training module for improving sales performance.

Document Processing

The service relies on internal knowledge bases and uses a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) approach. It selects relevant information fragments and generates responses tailored to specific queries. In addition to consultations, the system can recognize documents and automatically fill in required fields when issuing policies.

The AI also analyzes photos of insurable assets, reducing the time needed for valuation and contract preparation.

Measurable Impact

More than half of the active agent network is already using the service. User retention stands at around 30%. NeyroMasha supports property insurance and auto insurance products, helps explain terms in plain language, and assists with real-world scenarios. The tool has also attracted new agents: those who previously did not work with property insurance are now consistently closing deals with new clients.

What’s Next

The company plans to expand both the functionality and reach of the service. The AI assistant is expected to become the primary source of information for the entire agent network, with ongoing development guided by user feedback.

NeyroMasha is reshaping how insurance agents work, providing real-time support that simplifies workflows and accelerates policy issuance.
