Russia Launches AI Assistant to Help Charitable Organizations
A new AI-powered assistant called Dobriinya is taking over routine tasks for Russia’s non-profit sector — from sourcing supplies to coordinating volunteers.

A free AI bot named Dobriinya, developed by the company Effective Interaction, has officially launched in Russia to support charitable organizations. Designed specifically for the non-profit sector, the program automates procurement, communication, and logistics tasks that typically take up hours of manual work.
Powered by artificial intelligence, Dobriinya scans the market for products based on specified names, characteristics, and price ranges. It then generates a detailed table of offers — complete with photos, links, and prices — allowing coordinators or donors to quickly choose the best option. Once a selection is made, the system automatically generates a purchase request. Confirming with suppliers takes just one click or a brief call. The bot compiles all invoices and related documents into a single package, eliminating the need for lengthy correspondence and paperwork.
Dobriinya isn’t limited to foundations — it can also be used by orphanages, family centers, shelters, and hospices. By automating procurement and delivery, the tool ensures a consistent supply of essential goods and helps avoid shortages.
According to Andrey Pozharov, CEO of Effective Interaction, this innovative solution will reduce costs, streamline logistics, and make the daily work of non-profit employees more efficient.
