Russia Showcases Automated Well Repair Complex at Major Expo
At the EXPO TNF oil and gas engineering exhibition, Russian developers unveiled an automated well repair complex that speeds up operations, improves safety, and reduces human error through robotics.
The oil and gas sector remains one of the most promising industries for adopting new technologies, with much of the innovation driven by domestic companies.
At the EXPO TNF exhibition, ten companies from Yugra presented their solutions, standing out as leaders of Russian innovation in oil and gas engineering.
One of the highlights was an automated well repair complex developed by the company GTK. The system streamlines assembly and disassembly of equipment, accelerates work, and makes operations safer. Its robotic functions reduce the risk of mistakes caused by human error.
GTK collaborated with partners from other Russian regions to create the complex. Viktor Gamuzov, director of Yugra’s Department of Industry, emphasized that cooperation among manufacturers and developers of high-tech equipment across Russia could become a new driver of growth.
