Russian Researchers Develop Secure AI Platform for Government Use

A new platform enables the secure deployment of neural network technologies inside government and corporate networks—without exposing systems to the internet.

Russian scientists have created a specialized platform designed to securely integrate artificial intelligence services into the digital infrastructure of government agencies and large corporations.

Researchers at St. Petersburg Electrotechnical University 'LETI' announced that the solution supports secure handling of analytics and document automation, according to TASS.

The newly developed platform is a multi-user system that integrates neural network technologies based on large language models into enterprise infrastructures. It can be deployed in environments with strict security requirements, functioning within isolated networks to prevent data leaks. It also operates without mandatory internet connectivity, eliminating the risk of external cyberattacks.

The platform automates a wide range of tasks—from report generation and document analysis to creating project documentation and drafting job descriptions. It adapts AI services to customer-specific needs through the integration of additional neurocognitive models, trained on task-relevant data.

Pilot implementations and testing are already underway within several government organizations and major companies.
