Independent AI agents on a single platform enable personalized user scenarios

UK Resheniya, a resident of Russia’s Skolkovo innovation center, has developed a multimodal platform for business development, according to the organization’s press service. The platform, LUUK, brings together multiple AI agents designed for different tasks. These agents can analyze customer needs, usage scenarios, and product constraints in online environments, enabling intelligent product search and real-time personalization of offers.

LUUK is designed to work with technically complex products that can have up to 400 characteristics. By adopting the platform, businesses can independently manage AI agent functions and build their own digital infrastructure. The technology is expected to be applied across a range of sectors, from healthcare to e-commerce.
According to Pavel Ivanov, product lead at UK Resheniya, the LUUK project, powered by the company’s proprietary FRATA algorithm, has already shown strong results.
