TDSK Moves Procurement to Unified B2B-Center E-Procurement Platform
Tomsk House-Building Company (TDSK) has moved its procurement procedures to the B2B-Center electronic platform, bringing together procurement for the parent company and more than 20 subsidiaries.

According to the press service of RTS-Tender, the move is part of TDSK’s effort to digitalize business processes, optimize costs and improve transparency through automation. The company develops residential projects in Tomsk, Novosibirsk and Kemerovo and also manufactures precast concrete and construction materials.
More than 200 procurement procedures have already been conducted on the platform, covering construction materials, rolled metal products, equipment, personal protective equipment, transportation services, and repair and construction work.
As a result, the number of suppliers has increased, supplier-selection times have fallen, and savings have grown. The company plans to expand its use of the platform for procurement and is also considering it as a sales channel for its products.
