Ufa Company Develops AI Platform for Residential Property Management
The platform, being developed by the Ufa-based company Domoservis, is designed for residential property management companies and will use artificial intelligence to automate routine interactions with residents.
Domoservis is developing an intelligent platform for residential property management companies. Its first component will be an AI-powered chatbot capable of answering routine questions from residents and processing service requests. Tasks that require situational assessment, work approval, or direct communication with residents will remain the responsibility of property management staff.
The next phase of the project will bring together all resident communication channels on a single platform, including mobile services, emergency dispatch operations, messaging apps, the company website, and email. The platform will also integrate with GIS ZhKKh (State Housing and Utilities Information System), the 1C enterprise software platform, and other digital services.
According to the developers, the platform will enable data-driven management of residential buildings. They say the approach will improve service quality while increasing transparency across key management processes.
