“Digital Primorye” Is to Notify Parents Whether Their Child Attended School
Push notifications for parents have been launched in schools across four cities in the region.

Several schools in the cities of Artyom and Nakhodka have joined testing of push notifications within the “Digital Primorye” school service. A week earlier, the feature became available in Ussuriysk. Parents will now be able to see exactly when their child enters a school building and when they leave.
The “Digital Primorye” pilot project launched in January 2026, initially covering four schools in Vladivostok. It has since expanded to 21 schools across four cities in Primorsky Krai.
Student entry and exit are recorded using a student ID card and an access-control system installed by Digital Primorye in participating schools. Parents can check attendance information at any time through their personal online accounts.
From Education to Tourism
The Digital Primorye system has been in operation since 2022 and includes a range of services spanning education, transport, tourism, public safety, and housing and utilities. These include a unified resident card for Primorsky Krai, a student card, tourist information kiosks, and a mobile app for visitors to the region.
Earlier reporting noted that researchers from the AI center at the Far Eastern Federal University developed a digital assistant called “AI-Vostokoved,” designed to help Russian exporters enter the Chinese market.
