Altai Region Launches Unified Medical Platform
Residents now have access to a range of digital healthcare services.

Authorities in Russia’s Altai region have rolled out a new medical platform called Vashe Zdorovye (Your Health). The unified system, designed around a patient-first model, was presented by regional Health Minister Dmitry Popov, according to Biysk City Hospital No. 2.
The launch was made possible through the national project Prodolzhitelnaya i Aktivnaya Zhizn (Long and Active Life). Officials say residents of Altai Krai can now use a wide range of digital services.
Among them is online appointment booking. Patients no longer need to wait for a call center operator and can schedule visits in a few clicks via the MAX messaging app. The platform also enables telemedicine consultations with specialized doctors and allows patients to close out sick leave cases without visiting a clinic in person.
Residents can now access their medical history, including records of examinations and clinic visits. The system also includes a search tool for subsidized medications in local pharmacies, displaying addresses where prescribed drugs are currently in stock.
Another feature is streamlined enrollment in preventive health screenings. Users can complete the required questionnaire online and receive preparation guidelines directly through the platform.
All Medical Records in One Place
The unified system is integrated with Gosuslugi (Russia’s public services portal), which officials say ensures data protection. All diagnostic results are stored in a single location.
Hospital representatives said the current release is an initial version and that the platform will continue to evolve based on patient feedback. Developers are now connecting pediatric records to the system and exploring the option of reserving medications through Apteki Altaya (Altai Pharmacies). The application is expected to appear in app stores soon, making it available for download on mobile devices.
Officials noted that full functionality will be available only to patients formally registered with a medical institution who have provided up-to-date contact information.
Earlier, we reported that authorities in the Ulyanovsk region announced plans to begin using artificial intelligence in March 2026 to automate the processing of electronic medical records. The AI system is intended to reduce routine workloads for medical staff and accelerate administrative procedures.
