UCMS Group and Smart Engines have formed a technology partnership to simplify HR document processing with artificial intelligence.
Smart Engines’ document scan recognition tools have been integrated into UCMS Group’s digital platform. In selecting a partner, the company prioritized secure processing of personal data, speed and ease of integration with other systems. A broad range of ready-made document templates and the library’s reliable performance under high volumes of simultaneous requests were also important factors.
She added that Smart Engines provided comprehensive technical documentation, allowing the UCMS Group team to quickly integrate the library into clients’ existing services without significantly expanding their infrastructure. Krushatina said the partnership will make the company’s AI solutions even more productive, user-friendly and reliable.
