Doza to Build Automated Radiation Monitoring System for Egyptian Nuclear Plant
The system will help keep the facility safe both inside its working areas and across the surrounding site.

Doza Research and Production Enterprise is developing an automated radiation monitoring system for the El Dabaa Nuclear Power Plant, the first nuclear power plant to be built in Egypt.
The Avtomatizirovannaya sistema radiatsionnogo kontrolya (Automated Radiation Monitoring System) will be a key part of the plant’s infrastructure, helping maintain safety both inside working areas and across the surrounding site.
Completing the full development cycle for the automated radiation monitoring system for the plant’s four power units will take two to three years. The project will include developing technical approaches, obtaining approval for technical documentation, manufacturing equipment, conducting multiple stages of testing, deploying the system at the nuclear plant and commissioning it in phases.
