Yuzhny Dosor Chatbot Launched in Rostov Region for Civilian Monitoring
The Rostov Region Ministry of Digital Development, Information Technology, and Communications, together with Don State Technical University, has presented the Yuzhny Dosor chatbot on the MAX platform.
The service allows residents of the region to report incidents, security threats, and public space violations directly to the relevant agencies — including landscape fires, illegal dumps, and road accidents. Particular attention is given to airspace monitoring: reports of UAV sightings with geo-coordinates are immediately forwarded to duty operators, speeding up the arrival of emergency services.
As Alexey Kopytov, Minister of Digital Development, Information Technology, and Communications of the Rostov Region, noted, the service is accessible to residents because it runs on the MAX platform, requires no third-party app installation, and ensures personal data protection.
