A New Russian IT Product Is Set to Audit the Auditors
A domestic platform aims to fully automate audit firms’ workflows and improve the quality of inspections.

Russian company Technologies of Trust has unveiled a corporate IT product called Formula.Audit. The system is designed to automate audit processes and manage tasks across all stages of an inspection, combining established business practices with modern digital technologies.
Built by Practitioners for Practitioners
Formula.Audit was developed by industry professionals specifically for audit specialists. It automates audit planning, task management, quality control, team collaboration, and the generation of regulatory-compliant data exports. This reduces routine workloads and frees up time for analysis and decision-making, which is especially important as data volumes grow and audit engagements become more complex.
Key features include automated management of the full task lifecycle, built-in quality control, automatic generation and population of working papers, and a centralized repository of templates. The platform’s architecture is based on open code, allowing it to scale, integrate with business intelligence tools, and remain independent of foreign vendors.
A Fully Domestic Product
Dmitry Klitonchik, director of technology practice at TeDo, commented on the launch:
Following Broader Trends
The launch of Formula.Audit continues the broader trend of digital transformation in professional services. Specialized IT platforms are becoming an integral part of business operations, helping firms work faster, more accurately, and in a more coordinated way. Integration with BI environments makes it possible to aggregate data, visualize audit results, and build analytical reports, further improving transparency and process control.
The emergence of a new domestic corporate product also reinforces the trend toward import substitution in business IT solutions. It creates conditions for wider adoption of Russian digital platforms in professional environments, including large audit and consulting firms.
