A Robotized Factory in Moscow Produces Housing Modules with Digital Quality Control
The new plant operates fully automated production lines and uses end-to-end digital quality monitoring.

According to Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, a new housing-module plant located in the Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone has reached its design capacity. The project was launched by the MonArch Group with support from the city government.
Production at the facility is highly automated. Digital conveyor lines can assemble a finished housing module every 48 minutes. Up to 90% of all processes—from frame assembly to finishing and installation of engineering systems—are performed automatically on site. This ensures exceptional precision and eliminates dependence on weather conditions or human error.
Automation Removes the Weakest Link
To date, more than 200,000 square meters of modules have been produced. They are now being used in Moscow’s housing renovation program as well as in the construction of schools and kindergartens.
The plant’s full automation functions like a cybersecurity system—eliminating the weakest link, the human factor, and guaranteeing consistent high quality. With these modules, construction times for public buildings such as schools and daycare centers will be cut in half.
