Digital Attachés to Promote Russian Software Abroad
Newly recruited specialists will be stationed at Russian trade missions to expand the global reach of domestic IT products.

Russia’s Ministry of Industry and Trade has opened applications for digital attachés, who will work within the country’s trade missions abroad to promote Russian IT products in foreign markets.
Building International Connections
The selection process is being conducted by the federal state institution Digital Industrial Technologies. The attachés will be tasked with promoting Russian software, radio-electronic equipment and related IT services. Their responsibilities include building relationships with foreign companies, helping Russian developers enter local markets and providing end-to-end project support.
The recruitment drive covers positions in Brazil, Algeria, Ethiopia, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Hungary, Belarus, Kazakhstan, India, Pakistan, Iran, Indonesia, Singapore, Peru and Mongolia.
Experience Required
Candidates must have relevant higher education credentials and professional experience in information technology or radio electronics. Proficiency in foreign languages is required, along with knowledge of export procedures and business negotiation skills. Experience working with international partners and readiness for long-term assignments abroad are also considered essential.
