Moscow IT Firms Double Export Services
Over the past year, the value of exported IT services from Moscow climbed to 2.3 billion rubles ($~23 million).

Export of IT services from Moscow doubled in 2025 and reached 2.3 billion rubles ($~23 million). This record growth was achieved with support from the Moscow Export Center.
Moscow remains one of the largest hubs for digital product development. Over the past year, city-based IT firms actively expanded overseas sales of cloud services, artificial intelligence solutions, and cybersecurity products.
Global South
Nearly a third of all deliveries went to the Philippines. Other active destinations included Oman, the UAE, Kuwait, and Kazakhstan. Moscow companies exported cloud-infrastructure solutions, cybersecurity products, artificial intelligence developments, technologies for unmanned systems, and business automation software.
Long-term contracts have already been signed on individual projects. After participating in Gitex Africa, software protection and licensing products were shipped to the UAE. Participants in the MENA acceleration program entered the Philippine market. Under the “Export Mentoring” program, Moscow developers signed agreements with partners from Belarus and Kuwait, and after a business mission by the Export Center, cloud solutions began to be delivered to Kazakhstan.
