Dobrobot Helps Moscow Region Residents Navigate Public Services
Digital assistant quickly became one of the most востребованных tools on the regional e-government portal

The interactive assistant Dobrobot has been integrated into the Moscow Region’s public services system. Users can now simply ask a question, and the service suggests the relevant government service. It can уточнить details or ask follow-up questions to guide the user.
The system effectively walks users through each step, helping them avoid confusion in bureaucratic procedures. This is particularly useful in areas that are typically complex, such as land and property issues.
The project was implemented jointly by the regional Ministry of Public Administration, Information Technology and Communications, and the Ministry of Property Relations.
A Popular Public Service
Over seven and a half months, residents have used the service more than 28,500 times — a strong engagement показатель for a regional digital platform.
Most users come with specific tasks. The most common requests include obtaining land plots without auctions, registering technical plans, and approving land allocations.
The service is also widely used by large families applying for free land plots.
Available on Mobile
The service is available on the Moscow Region’s public services portal and in the Dobrodel mobile app. Users can start from the homepage or go directly to the relevant section.
Dobrobot effectively handles initial navigation across public services, helping users reach their goal faster.
