The Moscow city government and Roselektronika, part of Rostec, have expanded their partnership to help industrial firms identify advanced Russian technologies and reliable suppliers.

As part of the initiative, the partners launched the RCAT.ru platform, which now hosts pages for two city services – Bank tekhnologiy Moskvy (Moscow Technology Bank) and a supplier search tool designed to help companies find alternatives to foreign vendors.

The platform functions as a digital marketplace combining products from Roselektronika and other Rostec-affiliated enterprises. It is designed to help companies more quickly source ready-to-use solutions for modernization and connect with domestic producers of raw materials, components, and equipment.

“For industry, it is critical to have access to both advanced technologies and trusted component manufacturers in one place. Together with the Moscow government, we are building a mechanism where business and the city complement each other,” said Sergey Sakhnenko, CEO of Roselektronika and a member of the bureau of the Russian Engineering Union.

He added that the platform is expected to accelerate import substitution efforts and make support for companies more targeted.
