Rostec Rolls Out Nationwide HR Automation Platform

Russia’s state-owned tech giant is launching a digital HR ecosystem designed to streamline personnel workflows and slash operating costs.
Rostec, the Russian state-owned corporation, is undertaking a large-scale effort to automate its human resource management. Its IT subsidiary, RT-Inform, is developing an integrated digital platform that will cover all stages of the employee lifecycle — from hiring to payroll.
The new system already includes core features for managing organizational structures, staff schedules, work time accounting, and personnel documentation. It contains 51 directories, 130 standardized document templates, and over 150 types of reports, significantly accelerating document processing.
One of the key benefits is its integration with other corporate services within Rostec, including financial management, procurement, and industrial safety. Developers say this will cut time spent on routine HR tasks by 80 percent and reduce related costs by 30 percent.
Future plans include expanding the platform with modules for recruitment, employee evaluation and development, and travel management. Full deployment across all Rostec organizations is expected by 2030.
