Denis Manturov, Russia’s First Deputy Prime Minister, took part in a launch ceremony at Bauman Moscow State Technical University that unveiled domestically built ultra-low-temperature cryostats and opened cloud access to a hybrid quantum‑classical computing complex.

The projects target research and the adoption of advanced technologies. The Yaranga dilution cryostat and the Yurta optical cryostat were developed in two and a half years. This equipment enables experiments at extremely low temperatures.

Built on this cryogenic platform, a Russian hybrid quantum-classical computing complex has been made available via the cloud. It can rapidly perform calculations, model molecular structures for drug discovery, optimize logistics and manufacturing chains, and solve machine-learning problems.
