Russians Learn Digital Skills Through “My Documents” Service Centers
In Moscow, more than 10,000 residents have mastered online government services thanks to special training courses that help people of all ages overcome the digital divide.

A large-scale education program has been launched at “My Documents” public service centers and “Moscow Longevity” centers. The initiative is designed to help citizens of different age groups gain confidence in using online services.
For Muscovites under 55, classes are offered in ten “My Documents” offices across the city’s districts. Course participants practice using the mos.ru portal and learn how to process the most in-demand government services digitally.
For residents over 55, lessons take place at longevity centers. Specialists hold weekly practical sessions, deliver lectures on popular services, and answer participants’ questions in detail.
This approach ensures that government services are accessible to every citizen while eliminating psychological barriers to technology. By raising digital literacy, especially among seniors, Moscow is making it easier to integrate smart services into the daily life of the city.
