Russia to Launch Unified Vaccination Registry
The system is expected to improve disease control and vaccine planning

Russia’s Ministry of Health has drafted a government proposal to create a unified federal vaccination registry.
The system will become part of the Unified State Health Information System (EGISZ). Each record will be assigned a unique registration number, and the full vaccination history will be stored.
Benefits for All
The registry is expected to help healthcare providers respond more effectively to infectious diseases, while enabling authorities to better plan vaccine procurement and vaccination campaigns, as well as analyze and compare regional performance. For patients, the vaccination process will become more transparent, with access to their full vaccination history available through personal accounts on the Gosuslugi public services portal.
The registry will include data on all individuals vaccinated under the national immunization schedule and for epidemiological indications, as well as information on post-vaccination complications, medical contraindications, written refusals of immunization, and planned vaccination records.
