Russian Developer Rolls Out an AI Interviewer for Hiring
The neural network will conduct initial screenings and generate questions for in-person interviews.

Russian proptech and real-estate developer Samolet Group is introducing artificial intelligence into its hiring process, the company said in a statement. The AI system will handle initial candidate assessments, conducting video interviews, analyzing responses, and evaluating qualifications. It will also generate tailored interview questions for specific vacancies.
According to Darya Verbitskaya, head of recruitment at Samolet Group, applicants can choose whether to wait for a recruiter’s call or complete an initial interview with a digital employee that is available around the clock.

The company says the product is a fully customized digital employee built on advanced technologies. It can analyze a candidate’s answers and generate follow-up questions based on those responses. The neural network is expected to be used for hiring across all roles, including management positions. The AI recruiter was developed by engineers working alongside HR specialists.
According to the developers, interview time has been reduced to 20 minutes, while positions are now filled in an average of 26 days. The company plans to expand the assistant’s capabilities to include emotion analysis and assessment of soft skills.
