Dobrodel Is to Alert Moscow Region Residents to Emergency Outages in Advance

New features have been added to the popular Dobrodel app.

The Dobrodel app became a universal digital platform for residents of the Moscow Region in 2025, bringing together all major public services and utilities in one place. Users can resolve everyday issues without visiting government offices — a smartphone is enough. New features have now been added to the app, according to the news portal Regions.ru.

From Doctor Appointments to Automatic Payments

The most frequently used section of the app last year was “Doctor Appointments,” which was accessed more than 12 million times. Other popular features included “Medical Records” and “Let’s Solve Problems Together.” Users also relied on services for calling a doctor to their home and checking kindergarten waitlists.

Dobrodel now offers several new tools. In the “Real Estate” section, users can add and edit information about their properties, sync data with Rosreestr, link utility accounts, and set up automatic payments for housing and communal services.

Tracking Buses and Push Alerts for Outages

A new “Public Transport” service has also been introduced. It allows users to find the nearest bus, track its movement in real time, view route maps, and check schedules, making trip planning more convenient.

Another addition is the “My Home” service, which provides advance notice of scheduled heating shutdowns or emergency maintenance work. Users can subscribe to specific addresses and receive push notifications in the app when emergency repairs begin and when they are completed.

Earlier reporting noted that the MajorDom app, developed by IT company Filosof t, ranked first in a user rating of mobile services for managing apartment buildings at the end of 2025.
