Three Companies to Launch Industrial Robot Production in Moscow Region
The manufacturers will establish production facilities at the Titan industrial park in the Moscow Region.
Industrial robot manufacturing is set to begin at the state-owned Titan industrial park in the Leninsky district of the Moscow Region. Three companies will take part in the project. Regional authorities say the site is well suited for the planned operations, with the necessary engineering infrastructure and production facilities already in place.
"New Line Engineering will manufacture automated storage systems, intralogistics solutions, and equipment for the machinery and aerospace industries. Valday Robots plans to expand production of industrial manipulators, welding robots, and warehouse automation systems already used by companies such as Ozon. Bitrobotics will produce delta-robot-based systems, machine vision solutions, and conveyor technologies," Moscow Region Governor Andrey Vorobyov said.
Valday Robots alone plans to invest about 2 billion rubles (approximately $25 million) in the project. In addition to installing production facilities, the partners will build testing and demonstration grounds for the new equipment.
