The partnership covers three areas: hands-on classes led by BSS specialists in artificial intelligence and speech analytics, internships for top students with potential employment opportunities, and updates to academic programs to better align them with labor market demand.

"Our technologies are more than just code. They are tools that already automate contact centers, improve customer experience, and reshape business processes. We want graduates to arrive at employers with an understanding of real-world challenges and the skills needed to address them," said BSS CEO Georgy Kravchenko.

University representatives also described the partnership as a priority.

"Partnership with BSS gives students a unique opportunity to work with enterprise-grade technologies, participate in real-world projects, and build a professional portfolio before graduation," said Maksim Gorokhov, head of the Information Systems Department.
