In a conversation with Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Grigorenko, Moor outlined how artificial intelligence and automation are being used to solve real-world problems across healthcare, education, and public services.
When AI Becomes a Doctor’s Assistant
One of the region’s most significant achievements is the use of AI in healthcare. Algorithms are now analyzing more than 1.3 million electronic medical records, helping doctors make faster, more accurate diagnoses and assess long-term health risks. According to Moor, these technologies are directly improving people’s quality of life.
Personalized Learning and Safer Cities
In local schools, students benefit from a “Digital Tutor”, an adaptive AI learning platform that tailors lessons to each student’s progress. The region has also introduced AI-driven safety systems, from facial recognition to automated road-surface monitoring that flags infrastructure issues before they become dangerous.
